Tao Mijares is a multidisciplinary creator whose work spans music composition, screenwriting, film direction, production, literature, photography and architecture. He studied composition and piano at Mexico’s National Conservatory of Music, orchestration in Warsaw, multimedia production and jazz composition through the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs, and earned a master’s degree in architecture from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León.

His professional credits include the feature films The Day and From Deep Inside the Heart, the documentary The Best Kept Secret of Oaxaca, film scores, television, concert works, music videos, live events and published books. He has led Mucha Luz Productions LLC since 2013.

Ana Detlova

Ana Detlova

Ana Detlova is an Argentine actress, model, producer, writer, music supervisor and creative executive. Born in Argentina, she studied filmmaking at the National University of La Plata and developed a multidisciplinary career across film, television, live entertainment, music and multimedia production.

As Creative Vice President of Tao Producciones S.A. de C.V. in Mexico, she worked on nationally televised productions, Christmas parades, symphonic concerts, promotional campaigns and music videos, and served as creative producer for the award-winning feature film El Día. Her producing credits also include The Best Kept Secret of Oaxaca, Funny!, Flying Away, Brothers of Justice and The League of Horror.

She currently serves as Chief Creative Officer of Mucha Luz Productions, guiding projects from development through production and helping define their visual, narrative and musical identity.
